Today we are pleased to announce the general availability of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports in GainRM. GainRM customers with a current support contract are eligible for SSRS adoption.
Previous versions of GainRM which used SAP Crystal Reports for reporting will still be supported by Triadd Software Corporation up until the "end of life" of the Crystal Reports product (up to and including Crystal Reports 11R1).
SSRS offers amazing enhancements and improvements to the Gain platform reporting module with new reporting and subscription capabilities including fast report generation, enables enterprise business intelligence integration and can support email-based subscription and delivery. Visually appealing reports are now accessible in various formats including browser-based viewing, PDF, Microsoft Word documents and more.
This is the first significant step in our journey to deliver both a modern cloud service and a traditional on-premises platform to our customers. Additionally, the new SSRS reporting capability enables customers to extend their Gain platform investments and adopt cloud services such as our upcoming cloud offering which will include support for Microsoft Power BI reporting for customers who are already using cloud services or Power BI or where customers are considering adoption of cloud services. Whatever your strategy or goal, the Gain platform will continue to be your trusted records and asset management solution, wherever you need it.
As we move forwards with our continuous development innovation and development of the Gain platform, we will provide more advanced analytical capabilities and insights through integration of technologies including Machine Learning and AI-infused visualizations as well as deliver new mobile-device support with the full Gain experience, wherever you are.
